Yes. Sterling silver is real silver and can naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, and certain chemicals. This is a natural characteristic of genuine silver and not a defect. Our Everglow pieces are also finished with 1 micron gold plating and an e-coating layer to help slow down tarnishing and preserve their shine. With proper care and storage, your jewelry will stay beautiful for longer.
Store each piece separately in a jewelry pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching, tangling, and tarnishing. Keep away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the Philippines, but we hope to expand in the future.
All our jewelry comes with a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with craftsmanship but does not include damage from normal wear, accidents, or improper care.
Yes! Our packaging is made from recyclable and biodegradable materials, including FSC-certified paper. We do not use single-use plastics and are committed to making environmentally conscious choices wherever possible.
Our Everglow pieces are made with 925 sterling silver and finished with 1 micron gold plating and an e-coating layer, which are designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. They are generally suitable for most people with metal sensitivities. However, as individual reactions may vary, we cannot guarantee that they are 100% hypoallergenic for everyone.
Yes, you can wear your jewelry every day. However, it’s best to remove it before swimming, exercising, showering, sleeping, or applying lotions and perfumes to help preserve its shine and prevent damage or wear over time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on our website or the courier's tracking page.
